The courses are adapted to all levels of practitioners. We will practice Hatha Yoga & Rocket Vinyasa in meditative techniques and breathing exercises.

*** In free time we can tour the castle of Mistra, the surrounding villages, admire the sights and walk in the nature by the river. A nearby destination is Sparta and the pioneering Museum of Olive and Greek Olive Oil as well as the one of a kind Museum of Photographic Machine with free entrance.
During these times we can still enjoy the Sauna, Reiki, Thai massage, the gym and the tennis court.
