Dionysia Kordatou was involved in the field of art and physical expression from an early age, mainly through music and dance. At the age of eight she started ballet RAD and modern theatre ISTD, which she continued for ten years, while she graduated from the Music School of Agrinio.
Her exploration and observation of the inwardness of the human being offered by her studies in Theology at the University of Athens, combined with her need for outward physical expression, led her to become involved in the field of yoga. With Marita Mittag as her instructor, she has completed the 500 h YAI training, and has also been trained in aerial yoga by Tania Popovich. For the past six years she has been working as a yoga and aerial yoga teacher, and continues on the path of yoga both as a teacher and as an apprentice. Georgina was inspired and led to teaching through her personal practice and contact as a yoga and pilates practitioner. She has been working in the field of body, mind and wellness for the last 10 years and attended the BASI (Body Arts Science International) training program in 2021 where she was certified with her diploma, internationally recognized around the world.
Her body reflects the dance that she has loved since she was a little girl, so her practices are reminiscent of choreography.
