Angeliki MatopoulouYoga Instructor
Angeliki’s training on the path of Yoga began in 2005 and exceeds 800 hours (RYT® 500, E-RYT® 200, YACEP®). She is the first authorized Rocket Vinyasa Yoga teacher in Greece by David C. Kyle and in 2014 she founded Rocket Yoga Athens as an effort to create the current of Rocket Yoga in her country. In September 2018, she opened her own Yoga studio, the Pratyahara Yoga Center in Agia Paraskevi, where Rocket Yoga Athens is now the permanent headquarters. There, in addition to the daily practices of various styles of Yoga (Hatha, Rocket Vinyasa, Restorative, Prenatal, etc.), Reiki sessions, Thai Massage and teacher trainings take place. In 2020 he came into contact with Reiki and by deepening he became a Reiki Master.

Aris SukarnoAerial Yoga Instructor / Yoga Instructor
Aris started his athletic activity through martial arts, such as Tae kwon do and Kickboxing. Along the way, the holistic approach of Yoga won him over and in 2019 he attended the 200-hour teacher training program with Irini Ziakou at Atmanasana yoga studio. He has also attended seminars by Savvas Yantsis and Petros Haffenrichter.

Georgina TrikovicPilates
Georgina was inspired and led to teaching through her personal practice and contact as a yoga and pilates practitioner. She has been working in the field of body, mind and wellness for the last 10 years and attended the BASI (Body Arts Science International) training program in 2021 where she was certified with her diploma, internationally recognized around the world.
Her body reflects the dance that she has loved since she was a little girl, so her practices are reminiscent of choreography.
She wants her classes to guide you to feel your uniqueness. Practicing Pilates with her will lead you to activate the right muscles, mobilize your joints, strengthen and connect with your breath.

Nadia MarnerouPilates
Nadia Marnerou is a Dietitian and Professor of Physical Education and Sport. She is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, with many years of experience in teaching group and individual exercise programs. The goal of her classes is to enhance the health and wellness of her students by applying modern and traditional techniques of the Pilates method.

Eugenia Papakonstantinou Aerial Yoga
Eugenia Papakonstantinou (Jenny) is a yoga and aerial yoga instructor. In 2013, after seven years of experience teaching the English language, she felt it was time for a change. She wanted to combine her teaching background with her passion for exercise and sports.
She completed her first 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa training in Thailand, followed by another 200-hour yoga training in Barcelona. She also holds three certifications in Aerial Yoga and Aerial Fitness, and has recently completed her Level 1 Pilates Mat training.
She has lived and worked in various parts of the world, an experience that gave her the opportunity to train and practice alongside teachers with diverse backgrounds in movement and sports. This has greatly influenced her teaching style, giving her a unique and personal approach to movement and instruction.
Her goal through her classes is to help people discover freedom, joy, and strength.
