Aerial Pilates is a modern and advanced form of exercise that combines the precision of Pilates with the controlled instability of a hammock.
Using a specially designed hammock, the body is supported, decompressed, and simultaneously activated at a deep level. Through controlled movements — sometimes combined with additional equipment (such as resistance bands, balls, and rings) — the body is trained in three dimensions, enhancing strength, flexibility, and stability.
Movement is integrated with proper breathing, flow, and complete control.
