50 HOURS ROCKET VINYASA TTC 
#RocketYogaAthens invites you to a five-day intensive teacher training on Rocket Vinyasa Yoga! Teaching by Angeliki Matopoulou (Senior Rocket Yoga Teacher).
* The training can be attended by & advanced students – only yoga teachers will be certified & receive a degree, recognized by the global organization Yoga Alliance/Yacep – continuing education.
In these 50 hours we will focus on Rocket’s first two series, Series 1 & Series 2, as well as Rocket’s foundation, Ashtanga Vinyasa.We will familiarize ourselves with Tristana’s practice and break down the series by making modifications to be able to teach Rocket at a beginner level as well (Modified Rocket).
Important adjustments and philosophy of Yoga will also be taught.
In the week between the 2 sabbaticals of training, trainees will be able to attend free Rocket lessons, either by participating in the practice, or by observing how it is taught & operated bt taking notes.A minimum of 1 year of established Vinyasa practice is required to attend the training.
