With Marita Mittag as her instructor, she has completed the 500 h YAI training, and has also been trained in aerial yoga by Tania Popovich. For the past six years she has been working as a yoga and aerial yoga teacher, and continues on the path of yoga both as a teacher and as an apprentice. Some types of yoga of which she teaches are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Therapeutic, Prenatal-Postnatal, Pranayama, Meditation and Vinyasa Krama.
