The Pratyahara Yoga Center is pleased to invite Irini Ziakou to an experiential seminar on the function and management of the Vayus through the practice of Vinyasa.
In the energetic anatomy of hatha yoga there are five Vayus. These five main currents of life force are Prana-Vayu, Apana-Vayu, Samana-Vayu, Udana-Vayu and Vyana-Vayu. Each Vayu rules a specific area of the body and works ideally in harmony with each other. Their subtle energetic movements affect our physical, emotional and mental health and well-being.
In this experiential seminar we will learn how they work and how we manage them through the practice of Vinyasa.

Irini Ziakou is a ballet and modern dance teacher (graduated from the Rallou Manus school since 2000) and has studied choreography, pilates and yoga in New York (atmananda 2003). She was the owner of Atmanasana yoga studio from 2004-2020. He has trained many great teachers and holds 1,000 yoga hours certified by the Yoga Alliance. In 2016, he had the honor to learn alongside James d’Silva, where he was also certified in the Garuda method.
