There, next to nature, is the ultimate opportunity to reconnect with our body, our breath, our inner self. To leave behind the noise of the city, the obligations and disconnect for a while from our screens… Angeliki Matopoulou will guide us with detoxification practices and deepening practices of Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation. We will have the opportunity to enjoy the healing touch of Reiki as well as Thai massage sessions for an absolute, unforgettable experience of relaxation and rejuvenation. Even for tennis lovers there is the possibility of using a tennis court and a gym.

The lessons are the main body of the three days and are adapted for all levels of trainees. We will practice Hatha Yoga & Rocket Vinyasa. Meditation techniques and Breathing exercises – Pranayama will frame our practices.

*Accompanying persons (family, friends) can also participate in our Retreat, who will not be charged the cost of the practices if they do not participate.
**They can also attend our practices Yogis from the nearby areas with Drop in participation €18 per lesson or €15 from 2 lessons or more.
*** In free time we can tour the castle of Mystras, admire the sights and walk in nature. A nearby destination is Sparta and the pioneering Olive and Greek Oil Museum as well as the unique Photographic Camera Museum with free admission. During these times we will still be able to enjoy the Sauna, Reiki, Thai massage, the gym and the tennis court.
****For the reservation of a place in the Sauna, Thai Massage & Reiki services, it is necessary to have a declaration of interest 2 weeks before the days of the Retreat in order to properly plan and serve everyone.

Prices do not include:
• Thai Massage & Reiki sessions
(cost: €25 for a 40-minute session)
• Transport (we can use fewer cars by arrangement if possible – contact us)
• Meals (we will have the option to eat at local restaurants or in the hotel, so we can adjust the cost and options according to dietary and financial preferences. There is a list of suggested options that will be discussed at the retreat)
• Entrance to archaeological sites and museums
